ABOUT THE ROLE
We re revolutionizing the travel industry through innovative tech solutions, creating seamless experiences for travelers worldwide. As a super fast-growing start-up (10X last year), we re looking for a dynamic Sr. Product Manager to shape our product roadmap, and grow Jetpac from a connectivity to an uber-convenience product and put a dent in the universe of travel. This role reports directly into CEO of Jetpac.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
- CEO - Jetpac
- Head of Growth and Commercial
- Head of Marketing, Content and Design
- Tech Team - Head of Engg, Developers
- Data and Insights team
- Head of Partnerships - APAC, Europe, MENA, Americas
WHAT YOU LL BE DOING
- Lead the product strategy AND most importantly, execution (we are a firm believer of Execution is strategy , and thus this role will be very hands on, to drive tech team to implementation
- Collaborate with the founding team and Heads of Departments to define and steer the strategic objectives and north stars
- Build consensus and energy on Product lead growth and how to achieve it
Product Strategy and Management
- Deliver transformational products (strategy and execution), which can alter the landscape of Travel convenience, and deliver Product Led Growth
- Generate superior consumer insights, with a real ear to the ground (we don t believe in agencies and surveys)
- Develop and execute data-driven product roadmaps that align with company goals
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from planning and design to technical development, testing, and launch.
- Continuously monitor and analyze product feedback to prioritize and refine features.
- A strong ear on what customer is doing/saying/asking - Very important to be connected to customers, especially via Facebook/Quora/Reddit communities
- Roll up your sleeves and get the job done!
- Hustle and collaboration - We are stronger together and we learn when we do it ourselves!
- MVP and iterative style of product building - nothing will ever be perfect. Launch, fail, learn, repeat, till you succeed!
WHAT YOU LL NEED
- Experience : 4-6 years of proven experience in Product Management, preferably within the travel tech industry
- Ownership : A proactive approach with the ability to manage complex tech projects independently.
- Detail-Oriented : A keen eye for detail, ensuring critical aspects aren t overlooked.
- Technical Acumen : Strong understanding of the architecture and databases behind scalable, complex applications.
- Stakeholder Management : Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Delivery-Oriented : Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- Preferred: an IIT degree (top 7) with a strong ability to think strategic, and execute quickly (not a MUST HAVE though)

- If looking for a 9 to 5 job, or a relatively chill job. Timings would stretch upto 10-12 hrs some days
