Job Responsibilities:

• Implementation of enhancements to the Circana Stat-On custom Operational tracking application for daily / weekly automated Liquid Data operations process (as developer on the Operations Stat-On application team)
• Analyze business requirements/functionality, conduct effort estimation, conduct coding & full lifecycle testing per individual task, contribute to Production deployments, and provide post-production support.
• Operate within the Operations Technology Mgmt team to collaborate daily with the Technology department for seamless integration of both new solutions/components as well as improvements to existing implementations.
• Understand the "big picture" of enhancements/new feature requests, and how they impact other systems. For changes to existing systems / source data, understand which systems are impacted and conduct thorough analysis/give teams notice before executing changes.
• Directly participate in architecture & design decisions/discussions for technical solutions in the team scope
• Demonstrate self-sufficiency for managing and delivering personal work to meet business deadlines
• Strive for flawless and timely delivery of application enhancements, and seek to find improvements in data quality, automation/functionality improvements, etc.
• Operate and support all three global Data Centers hosting the Circana Liquid Data automation framework (US, EMEA, and Australia).

Job Requirements:

• Require 3-4 years minimum experience building solutions using Angular, NodeJS. Must demonstrate knowledge of key Angular, NodeJS concepts, utilization of key framework components and functions
• Require 2-3 years minimum experience with web services; able to articulate and explain how a RESTful web service works and how to utilize it
• Require 2-3 years minimum experience building solutions on industry standard database platforms; PostgreSQL, MonetDB & Hadoop experience a definite bonus
• Hands-on experience with handling code performance issues and tuning, along with demonstrated knowledge of JavaScript/DB methods of improving app performance
• Minimum 3-4 years working on a team of developers to develop/test/deploy code on a recurring deployment schedule
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Agile methodology
• Demonstrated experience executing analysis/design/integration testing/etc. across multiple tiers of an application to guarantee end-to-end functionality of a solution
• Able to demonstrate self-sufficiency for managing and delivering own work to meet business deadlines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing architecture and/or design decisions for a solution (should have been either primary architect or co-authoring designs)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience with job scheduling tools; BMC Control-M and/or Apache Airflow preferred/bonus
