Job Description
Cipla is looking for Packaging Supervisor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Plan and oversee the packaging process to ensure that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained
- Manage a team of packaging operators, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that packaging equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and logistics to ensure that the necessary materials and supplies are available
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that packaging meets company standards and customer requirements
- Work with the production and quality control teams to address any packaging-related issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure that all packaging operations comply with safety and environmental regulations
- Prepare reports on production and quality metrics and make recommendations for process improvements
- Participate in the development and implementation of new packaging processes and technologies
- Manage and track packaging waste and recycling
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
