Team Member PMO - Business Intelligence and External Engagement

Job Purpose
Reviewing reports, analysing trends, project management, facilitating external collaborations and trainings, delivering high-quality content for outreach, managing award participation, and publishing global communications, thereby enhancing supply chain processes and external recognition.
Key Accountabilities
1. Business Intelligence and External Engagement
- Review routine reports & analyses trends and recommends adjustment, address and capitalize on trends.
- Work with external partners like academicians, consultants, and industry practitioners to plan and execute outside-in external connect with GSCM leadership, as per defined cadence.
- Facilitate arrangement for academic collaborations and trainings for GSCM workforce
- Work as analyst to deliver high quality content (presentation, write-ups, and communication memos etc.) on established and emerging topics in business, supply chain and operations for GSCM Head, external outreach and engagements.
- Liaise with various external award organizers to participate in identified awards and publish a weekly report on status of award participation
- Ensure end to end process management for awards- identification, call for nominations, working with teams to prepare high quality submission draft, draft reviews & approval and closing communication loop with organizers.
- Write high quality write ups with cross functional discussions, gather necessary approvals and ensure timely submissions as per yearly plan
- Work with corporate teams to publish global communication on awards and external recognition for GSCM
2. Stakeholder Management
-Interface & collaborate with senior leaders across organization for varied aspects
- Support to Cross Functional Projects / work groups, in various capacities, as per business needs and organisational Priorities
- Support on engagements with external stakeholders like agencies, management consultants etc. for addressing business as per strategic directions.
3. Project Management Support
- Reviews project schedules against project plans and specification, estimating time requirements, establishing timelines, monitoring milestone completion, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project process, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts.
4. Management Tasks & Cross Functional Support
- Ensuring accurate documentation of meeting discussions and decisions.
- Interacting with various stakeholders to facilitate daily operations.
- Ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks and action items.
- Performing comprehensive secondary research on current industry trends and topics to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Conducting thorough research on current industry trends and topics.
Creating engaging presentations on supply chain topics.
- Creating engaging launch videos for digital initiatives, from conceptualization to final production, Developing engaging scripts, Managing vendor interactions, creative ideation.
- Assisting the SCM HR function with organizing GSCM offsite events and town halls, provide all the necessary support
Educational qualifications:
Graduate with a PG degree /diploma in Supply Chain, business management, operations, logistics, or a similar field.
Relevant experience
Minimum 1+ years of experience in continuous improvement role with exposure in Supply Chain Management and framework with strong Interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills. Proficient in MS-office & presentation, data analytics tool
