Job Description:
We are seeking a Medical Advisor to join our Immunology Medical team. The position is based out of Mumbai, India.
As a Medical Advisor, your will play a key role in leading and shaping the assigned immunology portfolio strategy closely in collaboration cross functionally, developing and executing strategic robust and innovative medical plans with impact, leading and developing targeted evidence generation strategic plans. You will play a key role on supporting the high performance of the MSL team through guidance and mentorship, to partner with account contacts to develop and align the scientific value propositions with scientific leaders, informing through science and medicine across local and regional/national networks.
In this role, you will also be facilitating pipeline product introduction and in-market registered product access by developing scientific relationships with external stakeholders such as key opinion leaders, prescribers, nurses, allied health professionals, patients, and special interest groups.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires excellent communication and influencing skills with all internal stakeholders to develop and implement medical strategy, and to develop and implement medical plans to enhance the external environment which can provide the fastest access to new products/indications for our patients, medical staff and the greater community.
You will represent the Immunology TA for medical scientific affairs on all relevant cross functional teams and internal and external initiatives. The role will require 20-25% travel to meet important stakeholders, gather insights and participate in key medical/scientific meetings/congresses.
Some key responsibilities in this role will include, but not limited to:
You will be an industry professional with Medical Degree qualification along with the passion and drive to work within this exciting and dynamic therapeutic area (Immunology) with a strong strategic mindset and problem-solving attitude. You will have previous in field experience as an MSL or medical affairs and a track record of high performance in driving KOL engagement and successful medical activities.
You will have a good understanding of clinical research, data generation, data analysis, clinical landscape, publications, possessing good commercial acumen and history and experience on well-established cross functional collaboration. You will need to be comfortable and experienced in communicating with external stakeholders including clinicians and allied health professionals.
