Job Location - Talegaon Dabhade, Pune(MH)

About Company - Spanish rubber hose manufacturing for OEM like TATA, M &M, FORD, Renault. Global presence in India, Mexico, Spain, China, Europe

Customers - FORD-Export, Renault, TATA, Mahindra & Mahindra

Experience - 3 to 6 yrs

Qualification - Any BE/ B.Tech/ Diploma

CTC offered - 3.5 LPA to 5.5 LPA

Principal responsibilities / accountabilities:

• Team Leader will be responsible to support operators and achieve the daily production targets & to ensure the rest availability at line to achieve the targets.
• Responsible for OEE.
• Taking responsibility for the achievement of efficiency objectives in the processes.
• Taking responsibility for the improvement in productivity and quality.
• Monitor workers on site during production activities to ensure adherence to ethics and safety procedures.
• Motivate workers to enhance production quantity and at the same time maintain high production standards.
• Ensure that products and goods manufactured meet quality standards obtainable in the industry
• Keep records of workers performance specially ensure that the information of the board is updated on time and properly as well in RDP system every hours of shift.
• Create work schedule for workers and ensure that they strictly adhere to it; take attendance to ensure regularity and promptness of workers to duty.
• Work as middleman between workers and management to create healthy communication and environment.
• Ensure that the production is carried out as per the production planning.
• Highlight the scope of improvements at work place and coordination with development team for smooth operation.
• Carrying out other tasks demanded by the business organization.
• Responsible to achieve the production targets as per plan and PPC Schedule.
• Keep records of workers performance, Candidate should know about job card and Efficiency.
• Work as middleman between workers and management to create healthy communication.
• Ensure that the production is carried out as per the production planning.
• Highlight the scope of improvements at work place and coordination with development team for smooth operation.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
• Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
• Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
• Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
• Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions
• Manage a portfolio of lean projects directed at reducing waste and improving quality to provide greater valve; implements such tools as: 5S, Kaizen etc.

Skills:

• Hands of experience on manpower planning, deployment and manpower management.
• Hands of experience on shop floor employee discipline.
• Good communication skill verbal and writing English and Marathi
• Good understanding of tools / methodologies such as lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5 S etc.
• Computer Knowledge
