Oracle HCM Consultant - E2E Implementation (1-2 yrs)

Role : Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Analyst -Time & Absence.

Location : Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Job Type : Full Time.

We are looking a Techno functional (70% Tech 30%Functional) resource who has experience in absence and OTL implementation.

Min 3 years experience and Notice period less than 30 days and Bangalore resident open to F2F interview.

About the Role :

Qualifications & Certifications :

- Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, either specialist or Implementor level from Oracle University.

Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience :

- Design, build and configure Oracle HCM Cloud application to meet business process and application requirements.

- Good experience in HCM Modules (Oracle Time and Labor).

Time and Labor module expertise :

- End to end experience in configuring fast formulas for time rules (validations, calculations, compliance operations).

Time elements configuration :

- Timecard profiles configurations.

- Integration with third party time collections devices and absence, management module.

- Time regularization (time entry updates).

- Final payroll output from time and absence modules.

- Write BIP/OTBI reports for time and payroll.

- Building / configuring HCM Extracts to get data from the Oracle Cloud HCM objects for integration to external applications.

- Preparation of Project Deliverables requirements, design specifications, config workbooks.

- Oracle Application Development Knowledge, Oracle Cloud Implementation.

- Able to handle aspects independently as and when the project/team requires.

- Successfully completed at least 1 certification (Oracle Cloud HCM).

- Ability to work as an effective team player.

- Should have handled Teams/ Project on their own.

- Not a Business User or Support Team User.

- Excellent Communication.
