Salesforce Test Automation Analyst - API Testing (5-7 yrs)

Role : SFDC Test Automation Analyst.

Job Description :

- 5+ year's of QA experience in SFDC.

- Conduct manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.

- Perform API testing to validate integrations and data flow between Salesforce and external systems.

- Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve testability and quality.

- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to enhance testing processes.

- Proven experience in Salesforce administration and QA testing.

- Strong understanding of API testing concepts and tools (i.e., Postman, SoapUI).

- Proficient in SQL and data analysis techniques.

- Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Technical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce certification (i.e., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce QA).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
