Assistant Manager - Sales - Building Material (3-10 yrs)

Overview:

Responsible to drive high level objective with area sales, and support regional team to increase sales opportunities of the respective product segment and there by maximize sales, margin, and market share for the region.

- Conduct the Promotional activities

- Identify the new Distributors/ Dealers / Sub Dealers

- Achieving Sales Targets

- Meet the Builders, Contractors, Architects, Govt. Departments and Fabricators to explain about product and applications

- Cover the assigned areas / Territory

Key Responsibilities:

- Pursue sales leads and achieve the personal sales objectives with the product range of the assigned products in the assigned territory with complete collections of all receivables.

- Developing and Penetrating all Target Markets based on the market in the region.

- Support business development and customer management by initially identifying potential customers, provision of updated market intelligence to supervisor/team,

- Coordination with customer services/ Supply chain/ logistics

- Identify and attract new customers (Including Distributors), leading to profitable future business.

- Continuously increase market intelligence and update customer and competitor data

- Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers and provide operational guidance and support to the relevant

- Identify customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly.

- Explore and appoint distributors and applicators as required to ensure smooth sales and operations and ensure market coverage

- Provide accurate sales forecast, supporting efficient planning of products and services.

Qualifications and Experiences:

- Civil Engineering graduate/diploma OR Management Graduate in Marketing (Desired)

Candidates with min 3 to 8 years' experience in Channel sales/Dealer sales, project sales in Building Material industry like Boards, Paints, Tiles and Bath Fittings & Sanitary Ware
