SpiceJet - Business Analyst/Product Owner - Zoho Apps (3-5 yrs)

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Owner - Zoho People. The Product Owner will be responsible for analyzing data, managing product development, conducting business analysis, communicating with stakeholders, and coordinating software development activities on Zoho People Application.

Additionally, the Product Owner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure successful product launches.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3 years experience of successful implementation and configuration on Zoho HRMS Application.

- Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Communication skills to work in close relationship with the HRBPs and the specific SPOCs from various teams within HR.

- Experience in agile methodologies of implementation and deployment.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to provide practical and innovative solutions to regular daily concerns raised by HR team.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in the airline HR domain is a plus.

- Proven experience in working with Data Mart and SQL to evaluvate and work with data teams to create sound backup strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements.

- Team Leadership : Lead the Zoho development team, guiding task allocation and mentorship.

- Development Oversight : Manage customization, implementation, and testing of Zoho applications.

- Operational Support : Monitor and resolve Zoho system issues, ensuring smooth operations.

- Incident Management : Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Continuous Improvement : Analyze and enhance system performance and user experience.

- Stakeholder Communication : Provide regular updates on progress and performance.

- Compliance : Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

- Performance Tracking : Track KPIs and project metrics.

- Release Management : Oversee deployments and post-launch support.
