HR / IR Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage entire HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
  
• Oversee social compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies for industrial relations with employees, unions, and government agencies.
  
• Ensure timely completion of all necessary paperwork related to employment law compliance.
  
• Provide guidance on best practices in human resources management within the apparel industry.

Preferred candidate profile

• 9 - 14 Years of experience, in human resources or Industrial Relations Role in an Apparel Manufacturing organization.
• MBA/MSW/PGDM Degree in HR or Industrial Relations or other specialization preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong Understanding of Labor Laws, statutory compliance, social compliance etc.
