Java Technical Lead - Spring Frameworks

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Technical Lead to join our team at CIAR Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. As the Java Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and providing technical guidance for the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications. You will also be involved in system architecture, code reviews, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

- 7-10 years of experience in Java development

- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring framework, and Hibernate

- Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, and MySQL

- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices

- Experience with system architecture and design

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and leadership abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of Java developers and provide technical guidance

- Participate in the complete software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and design specifications

- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure Java applications

- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Java applications

- Identify and resolve technical issues and provide timely solutions

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team
