Client Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a talented Client relations coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing timely responses.
• Ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate client meetings, presentations and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven experience in client relations or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Ms office suite.
