Client Relations & Event Marketing Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for a young, dynamic, and well-presented professional with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Canva for creating presentations, a strong understanding of the events and exhibitions industry, and expertise in marketing techniques. This role requires someone efficient in delivering presentations, managing client relations, and handling projects from brief to completion. The candidate must be willing to travel pan India for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Presentation Creation: Develop high-quality and engaging presentations using Canva to showcase marketing strategies, event concepts, and advertising solutions.
• Client Handling: Efficiently manage client relations, take briefs, and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Event & Exhibition Knowledge: Apply knowledge of the events and exhibitions industry to conceptualize and execute campaigns, manage exhibitions, and other marketing projects.
• Marketing Strategy: Utilize strong marketing techniques to create impactful campaigns and drive business growth in the advertising industry.
• Travel: Willingness to travel across India for project management, client meetings, and on-site event coordination.
• Briefs & Project Delivery: Ability to take client briefs, develop project plans, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver the best results within timelines.
• Presentation Delivery: Confidently present strategies and project updates to clients and stakeholders, adapting communication style to engage various audiences.
