Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Holiday Experts.

Female Candidates are preferred, Freshers can apply for this role. If you have a passion for travel, love exploring India, and want to enhance others' travel experiences, this role is for you!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Research and explore various travel destinations in India.
• Understand clients specifications, preferences, and budgets through effective communication.
• Promote and recommend services and experiences tailored to client preferences.
• Develop suitable travel itineraries that meet clients' needs.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to arrange hotels, transportation, activities, and any special requests.
• Keep clients informed about travel arrangements and coordinate payment processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitor analysis.
• Share knowledge and insights with the team.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
• Record and update daily and monthly performance metrics in our reporting systems.

Job Specification:

• Any Degree Holders/Freshers are welcome to apply; Tourism & Hospitality graduates added advantage
• Proficient in English (oral and written) and conversational in either Hindi or Telugu. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong sales and presentation abilities, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Effective prioritization skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about industry practices.
• Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
