Education Qualification: CFA (Level III Minimum) / MBA (NISM Research Analyst / Investment Advisor Certification Preferred).

Basic Requirements

• Should have deep insights and knowledge in core finance activities related to the Capital Market.
• Basic responsibilities include:
• Deal Lead generation from Wealth Managers, Brokers, and Network
• Regular fillings and data maintenance for any scrutiny and compliances
• Should be able to analyze deals of Listed and unlisted companies via balance sheets, ratios, Cash flow statements, public news and any other relevant insights that it may seek publicly or privately. Should be able to identify insights and analyze strong trends that help growth.
• An ideal candidate who is system-oriented, agile, energetic, a problem solver, street smart, willing to learn and grow, and a diligent member with all systems developed
• Fluent in English and Hindi (Bonus for Marathi)
• Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders both Internal and External
• Diligence and Discipline are utmost important

Technical

• Should be updated with current market affairs and any finance-related knowledge
• Product knowledge across Real Estate, Structured products, Loan against Shares, Margin funding, Acquisition financing, and Promoter funding.
• Expert in MS Word, Powerpoint, Email, MS Excel, Tally, and basic cloud applications (Google Drive, etc.)
• Data Trends, Data Science, and Data Analytics will be given value
