Administration Associate

You will:

• Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Office Procurement: Handle all aspects of office procurement, including sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining supplies and equipment.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with existing vendors and onboard new vendors as needed.
• Software Proficiency: Learn and adapt quickly to new software and tools to enhance office efficiency.
• Excel and Word: Utilize strong skills in Excel and Word for various administrative tasks, including data management, reporting, and documentation.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

You have:

• 1-2 years of experience in administration and operations roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
