Role & responsibilities :

Franchise Expansion: Identify new markets, onboard franchises, and expand coverage in rural and semi-urban areas.

Business Development: Develop strategies to acquire new franchisees and financial advisors, ensuring high-quality financial services.

Revenue Growth: Achieve business profitability by monitoring key metrics and ensuring franchise contributions to revenue.

Market Penetration: Execute strategies to increase market share, customer acquisition, and new business.

Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and provide necessary support.

Operational Efficiency: Streamline onboarding and improve franchise operations.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly track franchise performance using KPIs to identify improvement areas.

Strategic Alliances: Collaborate with banks, NBFCs, and technology partners to enhance service delivery.

10+ years of experience in business development and franchise management in the financial services sector.

Strong expertise in B2B channels, especially in third-party product distribution.

Proven track record of driving business growth in target-driven environments.
