Customer Care

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email inquiries, related to share market transactions.
• Provide detailed information to clients about share market processes, including buying/selling of stocks,
• Assist clients with their account-related queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Ensure the accurate and efficient execution of client requests related to stock trading, account management, and other share market processes.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in share market regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
• Follow up with clients as needed to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

You Have:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role, with a focus on share market processes (stocks, trading, investment).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good understanding of stock market processes and basic financial concepts.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client interactions efficiently.
• Proficient in using MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
