Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored stock market investment solutions.
Actively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
Assist clients with stock trading activities, provide insights on market trends, and offer recommendations for portfolio optimization.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking and contacting potential clients.
Educate clients on stock market dynamics, product offerings, and investment strategies.
Ensure all client documentation and transactions comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams (research, operations) to provide best-in-class service to clients.
Meet revenue and client acquisition targets, contributing to overall business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in the stock broking industry as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of equity markets, financial products, and trading platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to clients.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client portfolios.
Certification in stock market advisory or trading (e.g., NISM certification) is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
