Job Summary : AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to train, fine-tune, and optimize open-source LLMs based on our specific use cases.

You will be responsible for customizing pre-trained models, developing training pipelines, optimizing inference, and ensuring the models are scalable and efficient for production.

Key Responsibilities :

- Train and fine-tune open-source LLMs (e.g, Llama, Mistral, Falcon, GPT-J) on domain-specific datasets.

- Develop custom training and inference pipelines using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.

- Implement techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT to optimize model efficiency.

- Preprocess and curate large datasets for training and fine-tuning models.

- Optimize model deployment using GPU/TPU accelerators and inference frameworks (e.g, vLLM, Triton, Hugging Face Transformers).

- Monitor and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and benchmarks.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM-based solutions into production applications.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply best practices.

Skills :

- Worked on fine tuning LLMs (e.g, Llama, Mistral, Falcon, GPT-J), chatbots, AIbots.

- 2+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)

- Ability to work with large datasets, including experience with data preprocessing

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate business requirements into actionable machine learning tasks.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

- Knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques
