Qualification - B.E./B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical engineering with first class from reputed organization

Experience - Minimum 7 Years of Experience in Maintenance Operations Function with MHE Equipment Handling / Maintenance Utility.

Responsible to co-ordinate with HOD/Site Head for day to day activities of plant.
Standardize, design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
Managing coordinating projects executed in terminal
To overall maintain the integrity of assets and infrastructure of Terminal
Diagnose and review breakdown of Equipment
Budget planning and monitoring
monitor and control maintenance costs
Deal with emergencies, monitor unplanned problems and repairs
Improve health and safety policies and procedure
To Audit maintenance activities for execution and quality of work.
Monitor KPI/KRA, skill assessment, develop skill development plan of subordinates
Review and monitor project details, scope engineering documents and cost estimate for the execution of the projects/planned maintenance works together with contractors and other departments and disciplines.
Responsible for monitoring coordinating procurement of materials and contracting services together with internal specialists.
Support or promote innovations, new products and methods to enhance operational efficiency.
Review and monitor project evaluations and Management of Change.
Enhancing productivity by system upgrading Cost saving initiative Energy conservation energy saving Initiative.
Monitors annual maintenance plan by ensuring Monthly, Weekly daily plans are executed as per maintenance plan process.
Ensures weekly maintenance plans are reviewed to avoid backlog of maintenance as per SAP PM Schedules.
Ensures that quality maintenance is performed by conducting audits of completed works.
Conducts analysis of repetitive failures of Equipment installed and positively engages with team to find solutions to prevent recurrence of such failures.
Seamless communication and good relationship with internal external stake holders.
Monitors machines productivity are in line with the business requirement and that of customers in Collaborations with Operation team;
Review and monitor to ensures that plans are implemented to minimise any negative business impacts, such as penalties, energy consumption and asset damages.
Investigate, record and report on all maintenance incidents and ensures the learnings are captured to facilitate continuous improvement
Review SOPs for terminal maintenance are effectively implemented and followed.
Ensure that all processes are captured in a manner that identifies improvement areas and seek to improve the same with a sense of urgency.
Monitor Utilities system availability, Reliability, Monitoring of Utility operations efficiency.
Coordination with OEM.
Review and monitor Up keeping of drawing and documentation.
Ensuring workplace safety in line with organization safety policy.
Review JSA, HIRA, SOP, WI update and implementation.
Ensure compliance to Gensuite and take actions in define time to complete them
Review and monitor risks and seeks for mitigation to enhance safety
Review and monitor Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and strategies are adhered to in order to have incident free operation.
Governance on quality, legal and or safety requirements during the whole maintenance job including execution.
Establish a culture of safe practices methods
Provide leadership and guidance to team and coaching to the team to achieve the operational and financial metrics within their areas of responsibility and succeed in their roles.
Ensure training and continuous learning of team
Handling interpersonal conflicts promotes collaboration and respect among the team.
Smooth communication with stakeholders
