Education Qualification:

• Bachelor s degree in aviation management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in the airline and airport industry.

• Lead and manage operational projects within the airline and airport industry, ensuring all activities align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and successful project completion
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective project execution and resolution of operational challenges
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting any potential risks or deviations from the project plan
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in all operational projects and activities
• Participate in budgeting and cost control activities related to operational projects, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining financial discipline
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture
• Contribute to the development of operational strategies and long-term plans, aligning with the organization's vision and growth objectives
