Fire Shift Officer

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B. Tech) or equivalent, along with a certificate in fire and safety.

5 -12 years of experience in fire and safety management within the Power/Energy industry.

• Develop and implement fire and safety protocols for all sites within the Power/Energy industry.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
• Lead and coordinate safety training programs for site personnel to ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
• Manage and maintain fire safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency response systems.
• Prepare and oversee emergency response plans, ensuring swift and effective actions in the event of a fire or other safety-related incidents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Investigate and report on all safety-related incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to continually improve fire and safety measures.
