Shift Engineer - BHS

Qualification:

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is required. A master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in the aviation industry with a focus on baggage handling systems is required for this role.

• Lead the Project execution, maintenance and operation of baggage handling systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BHS with overall airport operations and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety of the BHS.
• Develop and implement procedures for troubleshooting and resolving BHS operational issues.
• Provide technical expertise and support for BHS-related projects and initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve BHS operations.
• Lead and mentor junior BHS engineers and technicians.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the BHS team and broader organization.
