B Tech/M. Tech fire, BSC Fire & Safety, PDIS, Station officer Course from government recognized board/university /college / institute.

10 to 15 Experiences in Fire Service in Manufacturing industry / port & Marine industry/Chemical/Pet. Chemical/ hydrocarbon unit and terminal

A HOS Fire is responsible for developing and implementing fire safety plans to protect people and property. They conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, coordinate emergency response strategies, and train staff in fire prevention techniques.

Assist concern area Incharge in supervising and managing fire services through Fire team. Take necessary measure to prevent occurrence of fire inside port premises.

Ensure prompt response to fire calls Lead fire crew during fire and rescue call. Keep man and machinery in ready condition to attend any emergency call.

Plan and implement to educate company & contractual employees through continuous programs on Fire prevention & Emergency response awareness. Also Impart specialized training to Fire Officers / Supervisors with respect to firefighting, rescue operation and usage of sophisticated equipment s.

Ensure Fire Services for timely preventive maintenance of fire tenders from external parties. Also plan and ensure periodic maintenance of fire extinguishers inside and outside port premises.

Procurement Management of Fire Services items and Services deployment and follow up (SAP)

To coordinate with external agencies for Fire Services related matters. Also Providing guidance for operational aspects of integrated management system in the functional area of monitoring and implementation

Function as a team member for effective planning, implementing, and coordinating efforts of emergency response team. Also, To motivate and develop Contractor work force in Fire Fighting and Fire Prevention measures.

Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of fire pumps, fixed fire hydrant system and mobile fire fighting equipment.

Operation Test Of Fire Prevention & Protection Equipments As Per Availability. To conduct fire drills at various Locations in regularly.

To assist in investigating cause of fire Incident and advice to Management for Formulating and implementation of fire Rules and regulations

Conduct regular fire risk assessments and safety audits.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations.

Organize and conduct fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures.
