- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 4-10 years of experience in providing executive-level administrative support
- Proven track record of supporting executives in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Manage and maintain the CEOs schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the CEOs office
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
- Manage and coordinate executive team events and off-site meetings
- Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the CEOs office
