Job Description
- BE/B. Tech in any Engineering field
- Preferably MBA from a premier institute
- 5-7 years of experience of working closely with Leadership team (CEO& Business Head) and HODs positioned corporate office/ cluster.
- Assist Business Head in overseeing the coal mining business operations in India, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and cost-effective measures.
- Monitoring & Controlling of all pre-development activities for timely opening of new coal mines and completion of infra-projects.
- Analyze and summarize the technical & commercial details of Detailed Project Reports and NFAs.
- Conduct thorough commercial and financial analysis to identify opportunities for improving operational performance and reducing costs.
- Provide strategic input in managing the financial health of the Coal Mining Business by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance safety standards, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and maximize profitability.
