Manager

Qualification : B. E/ B. Tech- Civil/ Electrical

Experience : 13-16 Years

The Site Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Leading and coordinating all on-site activities, including construction, installation
• Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times
• Overseeing project timelines and milestones to ensure timely completion
• Managing site budgets, resources, and procurement processes
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize site performance and efficiency
• Leading, mentoring, and developing on-site personnel to drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Providing regular updates and reports on site operations to senior management
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles to ensure project success
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, local communities, and regulatory bodies
