B. Tech Electrical Engineering, PDIS, Diploma in Env /Fire safety
Relevant professional experience (6-8 year) from a similar industry or top rated industries (Manufacturing plant of WTG preferred) Excellent EHS management skills and experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
Well-developed interpersonal skills for high-level interaction with other functions and brands

Prepare and implement Plant HSE Plan comprising contractor Safety Plan
EHS implementation in consultation with plant head
HSE Audit - Planned, organise, follow up for closing of observations
Investigate incidents, near miss, unsafe observations, unsafe acts including closure of actions
Training and awareness, Display Awareness posters, Safety communication (best practices)
Assist in implementation of IMS at site
To prepare and implement Disaster Management Plan/ Emergency Response plan
To Audit HIRA / JSA
To monitor the Safety Score Card
Review of Objective, Target, Programme
HSE Bulletin
Celebration of events (World environment Day, National Safety Day, Other related days), evaluation of safety capability of employees
