Education Qualification

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering degree

Experience

• 3 to 7 years of experience in the Renewable Energy industry

• Analyze the performance of solar plants, including portfolio, individual plant, and individual assets
• Identify performance issues and raise them to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members to digitalize existing processes
• Responsible for circulating periodic MIS to various stakeholders

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of solar and wind plants, especially solar plants
• Performance analysis of solar plants
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of PowerBI, coding, or any digital application is preferred

Non-Negotiable Skills
