M. Sc. Geology with 7 to 10 years

• Coordinate the design, schedule and oversee drilling programs to ensure the provision of timely and accurate coal /Mineral volume data for analysis.
• Prepare Sample advice, collect sample, Lithology Correction Plan, test sample with CMPDI, CIMFR, Chemical Lab and analyze the results for grade
• Supervise drilling Site and give necessary instructions to drilling operators
• Enter Geological data into Minex Modelling software, update Model estimate reserves
• Prepare Geological Database , prepare reports. prepare geological maps with coal/ore markups, calculate coal/ore reserves.
• Interpret geological data and develop mine level plans
• Ensure quality assurance and control including regular laboratory audits
• Manage production and stockpile tracking
• Maintain and foster a working environment which prompts safety culture
• Provide support to Mining Team to optimize coal/ore extraction
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to effectively communicate geological and grade reserves
• Conduct geological studies for other sites and Prepare plan for drilling.
• Prepare budget for geological studies
• Prepare 3D modelling for commercial/MDO blocks
• Conduct production borehole drilling, Quality control of ROM, ensure selective mining for better coal
