The Senior Manager - Contract Administration will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing contract administration strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of contracts.
Overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and execution to amendments and closeout.
Leading a team of contract administrators and providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
Collaborating with legal and procurement teams to review and analyze contract terms and conditions.
Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and managing any deviations or disputes that may arise.
Monitoring and evaluating contract performance and identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Preparing regular reports and presentations on contract administration activities and outcomes for senior leadership.
Remaining updated on industry best practices, trends, and regulations related to contract administration.
