• Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of training materials.

• Develop comprehensive training programs and materials specific to the copper business industry, including safety protocols, equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and industry best practices.
• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to employees, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of technical concepts and operational processes.
• Assess the training needs of the workforce and tailor programs to address knowledge gaps and skill development requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational teams to stay updated on the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, gathering feedback and performance data to continuously improve the training curriculum and delivery methods.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and industry regulations throughout the training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and certification documentation.
