Manager - Tooling Engineer

BE or ME, B Tech or M tech in Mechanical engineering from reputed institutions with minimum grade of 70% or equivalent grades.

4-6 of experience in the relevant industry in one or more than one domain mentioned in the requirements.

1) Expertise in understanding of tools and fixtures used in WTG /Heavy industry, its design requirements, assessment methodologies and manufacturing knowledge.
2)Hands on with CAD and drawings preparation using SolidWorks/Creo CAD tools.
3) Preparation of tools and fixtures designs, drawings, test requirements for statutory compliance, saftery requirements etc.
4) Perform FEA and prepare test procedure manuals for loads tests for certification.
5) Prepare user manuals, assembly instructions, service and overhaul procedures. process engineering experience with heavy components handling/lifting and transportation is added advantage.
6) Strong with mechanical Engineering fundamentals with high learning agility to understand the concepts and develop solutions quicky using simple to medium complex designs.
7) Must be able to perform structural evaluations using tools like SolidWorks premium or ANSYS to ensure the design conformity.
8) Understanding of welding technology and fabrication experience for structural designs, sheet metal and fabricated components.
