Experience

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS and SCADA systems with overall aviation infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to BMS and SCADA systems
- Manage and mentor a team of BMS and SCADA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of BMS and SCADA systems
