Key Responsibilities:

• we are seeking a full-time Certified UKG Ready HR Implementation Consultant to join our team!
• You'll leverage your expertise in UKG Ready to become a trusted advisor/consultant for clients across industries.
• In this role, you'll be mainly doing requirement gathering, implementation, review sessions, and successful delivery to clients.
• Your deep knowledge of UKG Ready along with your excellent communication and presentation skills, will be essential for formulating creative solutions that empower our clients to achieve long-term success.
• This is a functional consulting role, so outstanding customer service skills and a strong analytical mind are a must!.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering sessions. Create and maintain clear documentation outlining project needs.
• Be able to provide consultation on the HR domain.
• Implement UKG Ready HR according to specific client requirements.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing with the Project team and clients.

Required:

• Certified UKG Implementation TLM/HR/Payroll Consultant
• Record of many implementations and successful deliveries
• Work from Noida, India office
