Roles and Responsibilities

• Attending Customers: Engage with customers, addressing their queries and providing assistance as needed.
• Providing Quotations: Prepare and present accurate quotations to customers based on their requirements.
• Generating Invoices: Create and issue invoices for the products or services provided.
• Warranty Registration: Manage and process warranty registrations for customers' purchases.
• Stock Transfer: Oversee and manage stock transfers between different counters or locations as required.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions securely and accurately during sales or customer interactions.
• Generating E-Invoice and E-Way Bill: Generate e-invoices and e-way bills in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stock Planning: Plan and monitor stock levels to ensure availability and efficient inventory management.

• Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0-5 years in receptionist activities or related fields (front office management).
• Language: English, Hindi and Kanad language is compulsory, More language will get prior.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer operating systems and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail while handling administrative tasks.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of working effectively under pressure, especially during peak periods.
