Mechanical / Hydraulics

• Knowledge of Operation Coal Handling Plant and Auxillary System.
• Awareness about plant emergencies
• Knowledge of Maintenance Hyd. System
• Knowledge of CHP Maintenance like- Gear box,Belts,Crushers,wagon tipplers,Fluid couplings
• Knowledge of Belt Maintenance/Jointing, Crane & Lifting

Electrical and C&I

• Knowledge of Operation Coal Handling Plant and Auxillary System
• Awareness about plant emergencies
• Maintenance of HT And LT Motor, HT & LT switch gears, HT & LT Drives, Transformers, Welding Machine ,Portable Tools, Optimize MTBF and MTTR, Highmast and Lighting.
• Maintenance of PLC and Safety Devices.
• Knowledge on Preventive & predictive Maintenance. Maintenance of DG Procedure. Maintenance of AC Service. Maintenance of battery & ACB/VCB Breakers. Technical trouble shooting and ability to identify root cause of problem to avoid recurrence
• Knowledge of CHP Maintenance like- Wagon Tipplers, Conveyors, Stacker cum reclaimer,Crushers
• Knowledge of SOP's with respect to operation of CHP, Transformers And Overhauling of Motor
• Knowledge of Spare Management, HSE Systems & Improvement measures.
• Knowledge of PTW System, SAP System, VSAP/AO/5S/FFS/Safety device/HSE/Waste management
• Technical trouble shooting and ability to identify root cause of problem to avoid recurrence.

• Ability to handle emergency situation and respond accordingly.
• Updated level of skills in Heavy Machineries/Major Equipments i.e. SCR, WT, Cusher, Screen, PF etc.
• Strong Analytical Aptitude of Downtime/Breakdown.
• Skill of Implementing / Analyzing and delegating resources to the predictive maintenance activities based on reports and check charts.
• Attending the Meetings & completing the committed MOM.
• Co-ordination with down level workers to complete the Site level initiatives.

Operation

• Knowledge of Operation Coal Handling Plant and Auxillary System
• Awareness about plant emergencies
• Knowledge of PLC & SCADA, Knowledge of Wagon Tippler, SAC, Paddle Feeder, Crusher, Roller Screen & Cushion Roller
• Knowledge of Enivorment Management
• Knowledge of CHP Operation like- Wagon Tipplers, Stacker cum reclaimer, Belt Conveyors, ,Crushers, Coal Sampler, Flap Gate, Movable Chutes and Yard Management.
• Co-ordination of Main Plant Operation and Chemistry for coal quailty
• Knowledge of Auxiliary equiments (DE,DS,Sump pump,Sluice pump,etc.,), HTMS, ILMS, MD, Safety Devices (BSS,PCS, E-Stop,Limit switchs,ZSS,Machine guard,CBS)
• Knowledge of Spare Management, HSE Systems & Improvement measures
• Knowledge of Safety Strandads (VSS/ VSAP Modules)
• Knowledge of PTW System, SAP System, VSAP/AO/5S/FFS/Safety device/HSE/Waste management
• Strong Analytical Aptitude of Downtime/Breakdown
• Meeting out Proper System utilization as per SOP, communicating the trend & alarm log analysis to the superior.
