Job Description -

To carry out transactions such as PO creation/Open Order updation in SAP/Rejection Material Approval process in SAP.Also, to talk to suppliers for their responses/interactions with counterparts at Client's end for any escalations for ensuring a smooth opertions

PR to PO Conversion / OOR Management / MRB/JBD/ E-Req

To efficiently handle purchasing related activities such as Order management/MOQ,Lead Time mgmt./Expediting of parts etc. as per the client metrics using purchasing dynamics. Also to develop good supplier relationship and to manage excellent oral and writ

Managing the day-to-day activities and to solve or escalate the key issue which will affect the performance of operations

Good experience and knowledge on Purchasing

Knowledge using SAP MM

Good knowledge in MS-Office

Excellent communication and presentation skills / customer interaction

Good Analytical Skills

To be willing to work in Night shifts.
