Job Description: Customer Service / Service Engineer

Key Purpose of the Job : To coordinate with all the branches and meet the customer service requirements.

Educational Qualification / Experience required : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4 & Maximum 9 years of experience

Key Responsibilities :

1. Coordinate with customers for the installation at their site and regular training.
2. Major trouble shooting at site.
3. Conducting customer service survey Indicative Tasks Competencies (all competencies required to carry out this key responsibility and indicative tasks) 1. Coordinate with customers for the installation at their site and regular training. Understand the customer requirements Knowledge of customers and regular issues Obtain feedback from the customer Maintain Participant list 2. Major trouble shooting at site. Register complaints immediately and allocation of Complaint number Sound product knowledge
Communication skill On time Updatation customer complaint register MOM signed off by customer Updation of complaint status in complaint register and feedback to customer on status based on MOM 3. Conducting customer service survey Identify customer and carry out plant survey as per plan Knowledge on competitor products
Analytical skill Competition seal conversion and / or seal upgrade from single to double OR double wet running to ECS, 2015 BG promotion Organizing Service Blitz to compile and update on product installations
