We are currently looking for a talented freelance Real Estate Associate to join our team and assist with various tasks on a flexible, part-time basis.

Position Overview:

As a Freelance Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our real estate team with a variety of tasks, including property research, lead generation, client communication, market analysis, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the real estate industry, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with property listings, marketing, and sales activities

- Conduct market research and provide insights on trends and pricing

- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads

- Prepare property presentations, reports, and documents

- Coordinate property viewings and meetings with clients

- Update and manage real estate databases and CRM systems

- Provide administrative support for the real estate team as needed

- Assist in creating content for online marketing and social media

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in real estate or a related field (preferred but not required)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Proficiency with real estate software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite

- Knowledge of local real estate markets (preferred)

- Flexible, organized, and detail-oriented

- Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends if necessary
