What are the prime responsibilities of the role?
- As a PMO - Business Support you will be a strategic partner to the CEOs office, helping it conceptualize, design, develop, execute, and review key strategic and tactical initiatives with the organization of Cheers Interactive and its brands and subsidiaries. The PMO Office works with the CEOs Office, Business Practices, Sales Organization, Support Functions and Governance Functions and helps in the execution of various business initiatives within the organization: The incumbent role responsibilities includes:
- Conceptualizing, designing, developing, and executing Business Transformation & Continual Improvement Initiatives
- Institutionalizing systems and processes within the organization
- Enablement of systemized MIS across the organization
- Executing critical reviews on behalf of the CEOs Office
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Institutionalizing change initiatives
- Talent Acquisition - Supporting team building and development initiatives.
- Supporting the execution of learning and development initiatives across the organization.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives.
- Act as the liaison between the departments for specific programs, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
- Bachelor's degree and MBA will be a plus.
- Minimum 16+ years of experience in a program management role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
- A strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and independently and should have good business awareness and analytical skills.
- A self-starter, who is flexible and adaptable to constant change and can work in a fast paced, high growth and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
