Field Service Engineer

We are hiring for below position on urgent basis

Position: Field Service Engineer.

Location: Delhi.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in field service, maintenance, and Service management, ideally in the railway industry.

Job Summary:

As a Lead Field Service Engineer, you will oversee technical support and service activities for CAF Power & Automations railway traction converter, control systems in all over India. This role involves managing a partner service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with various teams and clients for project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical lead for all field service activities across projects in India.
• Coordinate with local and international teams to ensure efficient service and maintenance operations.
• Oversee the planning, management, and execution of maintenance tasks according to project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical, Electronics, or relevant Engineering field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in field service roles within the railway or related industry.
• Strong understanding of railway traction, control systems, software configuration, and testing.
• Excellent Communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel within India and abroad as needed Role & responsibilities
