Technical Support Engineer (International Voice support)

We are looking for a Associate Technical Support Engineer (International Voice support) for Bangalore location.

Role & responsibilities :

• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to work with hardware and software engineering on problem resolution.
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
• Strong communication, interpersonal, motivational, and organizational skills.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, M2M communications, etc.)
• Cloud based management platform and application support.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Fresher with excellent communication skills
• Working experience, certifications, or BCA/Bsc/MCA
