Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring seamless interaction between users and our digital products. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive UI/UX designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.
• Ensure consistency in design elements and follow best UI/UX practices and guidelines.
• Optimize existing user interfaces by analyzing usability metrics and user behavior.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry standards.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure the feasibility of design implementations.
• Develop and maintain a design system and UI component library.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
• React JS will be good add on.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines and best practices.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
