Company Secretary (1-3 yrs)

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to financial matters.

- Organize and manage board meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes.

- Advise the board on matters related to financial governance and legal obligations.

- ROC compliances and e-fillings.

Financial Management:

- Oversee and manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

- Monitor and report on financial performance to key stakeholders. Legal Compliance:

- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and legal requirements.

- Ensure the company's activities comply with financial laws and regulations.

- Work with external legal counsel as needed for specialized legal matters.

- Mergers and acquisitions compliances and fillings

- Identify and assess financial risks, proposing strategies for risk mitigation.

- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the organization's financial assets.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial and legal documents.

- Communicate financial and legal information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially finance, legal, and executive leadership.
