Job Description
- Ensure SEBI compliance, Stock Broker Regulation, Stock exchange guidelines & Merchant Banking guidelines
- Prepare Notices, Agenda & other papers for Board meetings and general meetings of unlisted companies; Drafting of Directors Report
- Maintain Statutory Registers required under Companies Act, 1956 of all Group companies
- Secretarial work of all Group companies; manage Compliances, AML & Investor Grievance
- Interpretation and end to end implementation of circulars & regulations from SEBI
- Handle all Internal/Concurrent Audits and Inspections conducted by Regulators, Exchanges & Depositories along with others
- Represent the company before the Regulator & exchanges and attending to correspondence/inquiries from regulators & exchanges - Legal Documentation
- Listed company LODR regulation compliance
