We are looking for a skilled Desktop Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience supporting desktop environments with a strong foundation in Windows and Linux operating systems.
Role & responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Windows and Linux desktop environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assist with basic networking tasks and connectivity issues.
- Manage and resolve support tickets using a ticket-based system.
- Support end-users with technical issues and service requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Experience with ticket-based support systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to relocate as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+).
