Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support
    • Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including coordinating between internal departments and clients.
    • Maintain and update client and project databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
    • Handle general office administration duties (e.g., managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements).
  • Client Coordination
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding ongoing projects, training schedules, and service inquiries.
    • Track client feedback and ensure proper follow-up, improving client satisfaction.
    • Help with proposal preparation and maintain effective communication with clients throughout project lifecycles.
  • Business Development Support
    • Assist the business development team with research, lead generation, and market analysis.
    • Help coordinate new client onboarding and support the preparation of contracts, agreements, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
    • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Training Support
    • Coordinate and manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue booking, and material preparation.
    • Maintain training records, ensure certificates are issued, and track attendance and performance.
    • Assist in gathering feedback from training participants to improve future training programs.
  • Project Coordination
    • Collaborate with project managers and IT teams to ensure that projects are on track, meeting deadlines, and within budget.
    • Help in preparing and updating project documentation, including timelines, task assignments, and progress reports.
    • Monitor the status of ongoing projects and provide updates to key stakeholders.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Foster clear communication between various internal teams, external clients, and partners.
    • Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that arise, ensuring the smooth flow of communication.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for business process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile


Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.


Experience: 0-5 years of experience in a business support or administrative role, preferably in an IT or training-related company.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) and CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of IT development processes or training methodologies is a plus.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure with deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Positive attitude, team player, and flexible with changing priorities.
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
